From February 16 to February 19, residents of Clarks Summit, PA, can enjoy a midwinter festival that’s sure to dazzle you with unique beauty and community fun. The theme for 2018 is “The Wizarding World of Ice,” and with free admission and parking, the 14th annual Clarks Summit Festival is a way for all members of the surrounding community to beat cabin fever by bundling up for a great event.
Enjoy activities such as live horse and carriage rides, as well as live music and entertainment to catch your attention. The stars of the show are undoubtedly the 50 unique ice sculptures on display for you to admire their craftsmanship and attention to detail. There will even be ice carving demonstrations and a parade opening night.
